Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery charge depends on location and the weight of the products.
  2. Delivery time will be estimated according to the product types and quantity.
  3. Estimated date should be counted as working business days.
  4. Client need to pay additional charges for urgent deliveries.
  5. Delivery can be delay because of technical issues and client cannot claim any refund or demurrage on order.

Refund Policy

  1. If the color variation is more than 5-8% (RGB vs CMYK device compatibility issues).
  2. If the size differs more than 2 centimeters.
  3. If the product is damaged or defected at the time of delivery by printAgraphy.
  4. If ordered products do not match with the delivered products.
